I AM MY ANCESTORS

The Haitian American Art Network, in collaboration with the Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs Office, presented "I AM My Ancestors" on Wednesday, May 13, 2026—marking Haitian Cultural Heritage Awareness Month—at the Orange County Multicultural Center. It was a truly special occasion featuring Jean Bernard Thomas, Jean Dubreus, and Marjory Sheba, combining an art exhibition, storytelling, and musical performance, and attended by several prominent figures from the city of Orlando.
